II International Aerospace Congress IAC’1997
The Congress took place on the premises of M. Lomonosov Moscow State University. The Opening ceremony took place in the building of the Moscow City Hall on the street New Arbat. The Congress brought together 976 participants from 26 countries. 18 plenary reports were heard, 562 reports were presented in 14 sections. 3 “Round Tables” were held. As a result of the work of the Congress, a “Declaration” was adopted, sent to the United Nations, UNESCO, UNEP, UNIDO, ECOSOC, ICAO, and other international organizations. The Proceedings of the Congress were published in 2 volumes.
